Two “Egon table” were being used in the exhibition The Gestalt Effect, Work & Extensions of Designers United, Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art 31/05 – 31/07/2011. The celebrated table by Nils Holger Moormann, was selected to be used as display top for the work of Designers United.

We are happy to have supplied the Egon tables, for the exhibition!

Good Design = Good Business, Συνέδριο ΟΒΙ – ΟΗΙΜ, Θεσσαλονίκη, 6.12.12

Ο ΟΒΙ σε συνεργασία με τον Ευρωπαϊκό Οργανισμό για την προστασία των κοινοτικών σχεδίων (OHIM),  για την ανάπτυξη και την προώθηση του Ελληνικού design, διοργανώνει συνέδριο στη Θεσσαλονίκη στις 6 Δεκεμβρίου 2012 στο ξενοδοχείο THE MET HOTEL (26ης Οκτωβρίου 48) με θέμα “Good Design = Good Business”.

Be(a)ware of the Greek Monsters. Beetroot @ Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art – Thessaloniki!

Θα μπορούσαμε να πούμε άλλη μια φορά για την έκθεση που σχεδιάσαμε ως νικητές του Agency of the Year red dot communication award για το 2011.
Θα μπορούσαμε να ξαναπούμε για την συγκλονιστική επιτυχία της έκθεσής σε όλους τους σταθμούς της από το Βερολίνο μέχρι και την Αθήνα.
Θα μπορούσαμε να πούμε για τα εκατοντάδες παιδιά που συμμετείχαν στο πρόγραμμά μας The Little Monsters.
Θα μπορούσαμε να πού

με ακόμα και για τις χίλιες «Στυμφαλίδες Όρνιθες» που αφήσαμε να πετάξουν ελεύθερες από το Αίθριο του Μουσείου Μπενάκη στο μεγαλύτερο party εγκαινίων που έχει γίνει ποτέ.
Θα μπορούσαμε να πούμε πολλά…Αλλά δεν θα πούμε τίποτε άλλο εκτός από αυτό:

Επιτέλους, τα Τέρατα έρχονται στη βάση τους!

We could be telling you once more about this exhibition we designed as part of our winning of the Agency of the Year red dot communication award για το 2011.
We could be telling you once more about the enormous success of our exhibition in all the cities it has been put on from Berlin to Athens.
We could be telling you about the hundreds of kids who joined our Little Monsters educational program.
We could even be telling you about the thousands “Stymphalian Birds” we let fly from the Benaki Museum atrium in the biggest opening party ever.

We could be telling you many things…
But we won’t.

We will only tell you this:
At last, the Monsters are coming to their base!

PassaCabos – Cork Lamp by André Valério for Ervilha Criativa.

An interesting concept, with a fun result. A detail that becomes part of the object, adding an amusing note. What’s more Portuguese than cork?

This project aims to explore the approach of objects and animals to humans in the stories of everyday. I found a very interesting story about specific specie, in some countries ferrets were trained to pass electrical cables inside ducts.This lamp tells this story.

This lamp made with Portuguese cork is a new approach of the material, uses an E14/11W bulb and has a natural linen cord set. Cork Lamp and linen cord set  –  dim 300mm x 120mm x 100mm.
